First exhibit of 2008!

If you've seen the film Wild Hogs, you've seen Madrid, New Mexico. Madrid (pronounced MAD-rid), a small town 30 miles south of Santa Fe, had been a coal mining town in the early 1800's and, after WW2, a ghost town. In time, Madrid has become a distinctive artist's community filled with eclectic galleries and shops and some of the friendliest people in the state.

ROCKpaper Gallery, right in the center of town, has been referred to as "a spiritually inspired fusion of arts and sciences, contemporary and primitive." Partners Crico and Corey have created a shop and gallery (in what used to be the general store for the mining population - ask to see an old photo!) that is a dazzling display of diverse goods. They keep it fresh by always adding new products and decorating with a new twist. It's an honor to exhibit there.
